Reena and Frederick used to be the couple, but when Frederick rededicated his life to God, he found it hard to be around Reena. Now, she wants him back by her side to help her find the Fountain of Youth. But will these two be able to reconcile their differences? Will they find all that they seek?
I loved this book. Having read the others in this series, it was fun to get to hear about the lives of previous characters. But what I enjoyed most—aside from the pirate adventures, romance, and suspenseful action—was the realness of Ms. Tyndall’s characters. Reena and Frederick embody the struggle of real people—people who doubt, question, and love God. I could not put it down once I got started!
If you like pirates, adventure, romance, suspense, and great books, you’ll love The Reckless! If I had to give The Reckless a rating, I would award it 5 out of 5 stars.
